Dr. Hycinth Ndze Ngong, holds a Phd in Geography and Planning and he specializes in Public Investment Policy. He has published scientific peer reviewed articles in public investment, public procurement and development with over six years experience in University teaching. He has initiated and executed community projects in school to beautify neighborhoods and led planting the planting of of over 500 trees. He is involved in government projects co-funded by the World Bank. He is Technical Supervisor of the 4th General Population and Housing Census and the General Census of Agriculture and Livestock in the North West Region where he leverages his experience in training of trainers and General technical supervision of work.
