OUR HISTORY

The company went operational in 2013 as a Common Initiative Group with the aim of bringing farmers under a common canopy, forming a synergistic strategic alliance in procuring farm inputs at moderate prices, accessing market outlets, technical know- how and finance.

As a common initiative group, it operated with some specific objectives as follow:

Another development came in 2019, when the CIG emerged to a private Limited company known as NTUHSEN AND SONS SARL (NSS). As NSS, we embarked on general supplies, Building/Construction, Opening of farms, Training sessions, Import and Exportation. In 2022, we are finally settling on NALDCCAM with key operations tilted towards green agriculture, prosperous livestock, agro-processing, knowledge transmission, Research and Development.

OUR VISION

To improve rural livelihoods and sustainable food system through value addition,
offering affordable, mechanized agricultural equipment to small and medium scale
farmers in order to increase green agricultural production and a prosperous livestock
sector in the country.

OUR MISSION

  • To create a favorable policy and legal framework for the sustainable
    development of the livestock industry
  • To stay consistent, build trust, and establish sustainable business relationships
    with customers while capitalizing on green agricultural potentials to preserve
    the ecosystem, climate resilience, food security, sources of revenue, and
    economic safe-living in Cameroon.

OUR OBJECTIVES

To train and involve more women and youths in the production and
transformation of locally cultivated crops.

To ensure organic and green-agro processes in the cultivation, processing and
distribution of local produce.

To create employment opportunities for displaced youths in the NWR in
particular and Cameroon in general.

Enhance farmer’s income by better utilization and value addition of agricultural
produce.

Minimize wastage at all stages in the food processing chain by the development
of infrastructure for storage, transportation and processing of agro-food produce.

Introduce of modern technology into the food processing industries from both
domestic and external sources.

Encourage research and development in food processing for product and process
development and improved packaging.

Provide policy support, and support for creation of Infrastructure, capacity
expansion/ Upgradation and other supportive measures in the agric-sector.

To promote commercialization of beef, dairy, poultry, pig and goat production.

To encourage diversified livestock production.

To promote proper management of farm animal genetic resources.

To encourage conservation, improvement and utilization of indigenous livestock
resources.

To promote proper management of grazing lands and monitor range resource
utilization.

To facilitate marketing and trade of livestock and livestock products.
